Training

  • A Sales Manager for private training or the course catalog for public training is often your first contact with DQS. They will help you determine the right courses for your needs and get you started on your learning journey.
  • Once you select DQS as your training provider, the primary contact is the Coordinator. The Academy Coordinator is responsible for most administrative activities and can assist with questions regarding scheduling, billing, and issuance of certificates.
  • The Instructor can assist with technical questions as they relate to the standard. Our trainers cannot provide consultation but may provide typical examples to help you become more familiar with the standards.
  • When new standards are released or current standards are revised, DQS works to provide relevant training opportunities as soon as possible.

Auditing

  • A Sales Manager is often your first contact with DQS. They can help guide you through the certification process steps.
  • Once you select DQS as your certification body (CB), the primary contact is the Customer Service Professional (CSP). The dedicated CSP is responsible for most administrative activities and can assist with questions regarding data management, scheduling, billing, and issuance of certificates.
  • The Lead Auditor can assist with technical questions as they relate to the standard. Our auditors cannot provide consultation but may provide typical examples to help you become more familiar with the standards.
  • When new standards are released or current standards are revised, DQS offers informational sessions, white papers, and webinars.

Remote Audits


DQS has conducted thousands of safe and effective virtual audits.

Between reduced social contact, compliance with visitor restrictions and state travel orders, accommodation of maintaining valid certifications even when work-from-home organization guidelines are in place, zero travel costs and restrictions, and a greatly reduced global footprint, the benefits are numerous. The remote model allows attendees to be interviewed from anywhere for more flexibility in planning for all parties. Industry and standard experts from around the world can more easily participate in virtual audits, as travel is no longer a barrier.

Many of the standard rules allow up to 100% remote audits, but there are some exceptions. If you are unsure about having remote audits, please discuss your concerns with us. Before proceeding, we will review the technology available for use during the audit and any process/ system risks (in regards to a remote audit) to determine the extent to which it is possible.
