Description
This course provides in-depth training on implementing Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) in compliance with BRCGS standards. Participants will learn to develop, document, and maintain effective food safety management systems, focusing on hazard identification, risk assessment, and preventive controls.
By attending this two (2)-day course, delegates will gain essential knowledge of the hazard analysis and risk assessment principles using exercises and activities to demonstrate the preparatory stages of developing a HARA plan. To successfully complete the course, delegates must complete an exam to assess their understanding and application of the learning outcomes. This course is part of the BRCGS Professional Recognition Programme.
Ideal For: Food safety managers, quality assurance professionals, and anyone responsible for implementing Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment within BRCGS-certified facilities.
Delivery: DQS Academy hosts this instructor-led training course virtually for private or public sessions. To proceed with the course, a minimum of four (4) participants is required, and the maximum number of learners is 10.
